Patricia López Aufranc’s paper on “Joint Ventures, Tips and Redflags” was singled out as outstanding paper submitted to the UIA 58th Congress of the International Association of Lawyers held in Florence, last October 2014. It should be mentioned also that Patricia López Aufranc was once again included in the list of 50 women leaders 2014 by Apertura, the leading business magazine and one of the number ones who have earned their place in the business world.
