We are delighted to inform that Alberto C. Cappagli has defended his PhD Thesis at the Universidad Católica Argentina on April 3, 2014 and obtained an “Outstanding” grade. His thesis referred to “Applicable Law to Private Ships. Applicability of Foreign Law and of International Conventions to which the Flag`s State is not a Party”.
