Diego Fernández was a speaker at the webinar “The CJEU Decision Regarding the Right to Be Forgotten and Its Impact in South American Jurisdictions”, organized by the International Technology Law Association (ITechLaw) which took place on February 10, 2015. The webinar discussed the recent decision from the European Court of Justice in re: “Google Spain and Google v. Agencia Española de Protección de Datos”, as well as any possible impact in South America, specifically Brazil, Peru and Argentina.
