Workshop on International Tax Planning - Financial Investments, Intellectual Property and Shareholdings

On 15 September 2005, Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal, along with the Dutch firm of Loyens & Loeff, organized a workshop on International Tax Planning - Financial Investments, Intellectual Property and Shareholdings. From Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal, presentations were given by Walter Keiniger and Ezequiel Lipovetzky. Cecilia Remiro Valcárcel, lawyer of the Spanish firm of Uría Menéndez resident in Argentina where the firm works in association with Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal, spoke about taxes in Spain
