Osvaldo Norte Sabino gave a presentation on “Foreign Companies and the Bill amending the Companies Law No 19,550” at the conference on “Conflicting issues of corporate taxes” organized by the Asociación Argentina de Estudios Fiscales held on September 27, 2004.

At the IX Argentine Congress on Corporate Law and V Ibero-American Congress on Corporate and Business Law, held in San Miguel de Tucumán on September 22-25, 2004, Fernando H Giorello submitted a paper on “The current concept of plurality of partners of the Public Registry of Commerce of the City of Buenos Aires". Lorena Aimó’s paper dealt with "Legal representatives. Discussion on the requirements of the Public Registry of Commerce of the City of Buenos Aires to attend shareholders’ meetings".
