Héctor A. Mairal gave a presentation on “Present Situation of Public Infrastructure and Role of the State”, Alberto J. Rivera and Sebastián Kaplan on “Current Situation of Telecommunication Regulations”, and María Lorena Schiariti on “Public Infrastructure Legal-Regulatory Outlook”.
