With the joint sponsorship of Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal and Grupo de Tesoreros de la República Argentina, the Seminar on “Foreign Exchange: Regulations and Criminal Procedures” was held in our offices on July 15, 2010. During the seminar Juan M. Diehl Moreno and Diego A. Chighizola gave presentation on “FX Treatment of International Financial Business”; and Sebastián A. Soler and Juan P. Boido gave presentations on “FX Criminal Proceedings: Present Situation, Preventive and Defensive Strategies”.
