Tax Seminar

Marval, O' Farrell & Mairal organized the Seminar on Tax News on Trusts and Corporate Transactions held at our Buenos Aires offices, on April 12, 2007. The Seminar was attended by more than 120 guests from the banking, energy, automobile industry and other sectors.

Fernando Vaquero gave a presentation on “Financial and Real Estate Trusts; Tax Board opinions”; Andrés Robledo spoke on “Business between the company and its stockholders” and Juan Pablo Rothschild on “Directors. Liability for the company’s tax debts”.
