Martín D Manzano gave a presentation on political risk insurance, the Argentine emergency legislation during 2001/2002, rules on pesification of the Argentine Supreme Court of Justice and ICSID awards against Argentina at the session on "Political Risk Insurance for the 21st Century” at the IBA meeting held in Chicago.
