Insurance and Electronic Agreements

Gustavo Giay was a speaker at the “Application of the New Civil Code to Insurance and Reinsurance Matters” Conference, which was organized by FORUM in the city of Buenos Aires on March 10, 2016. The title of his presentation was “Use of Electronic Agreements” and covered matters such as digital signature, digital evidence and electronic agreements in the insurance business.
