Directors’ Criminal Liability

Patricia López Aufranc gave a presentation on “Maintaining control over subsidiaries while protecting directors and officers from criminal exposure” in the Seminar on “Preventing Criminal Liability of Directors and Corporations in France and Abroad” organized by the Union Internationale des Avocats and the Association Française des Juristes d’ Entreprise, held in Paris, on April 21, 2016. She moderated the panel on “Who is at risk within the Company”, as well.
