As Vice-president and member of the Argentine Maritime Law Association (Argentine branch of the CMI) and member of the International and Navigation Law Institute of the National Academy of Law (Academia Nacional de Derecho y Ciencias Sociales), Alberto C. Cappagli participated at the roundtable with regard to the limitation of the liability of shipowners organized by the above mentioned Academy on September 9, 2002.
