In the Seminar on Foreign Exchange Criminal Regime organized by the Argentine Central Bank on August 10-12, 2009, the following papers were submitted and presented: “The foreign exchange criminal law as blank criminal law (ley penal en blanco) and the purchase and sale of securities”, by Gabriel Matarasso, Diego Abelleyra and Pablo Bolotnikoff; and "Breach by the entities authorized to trade foreign exchange of documentation and information verification requirements related to acts underlying foreign exchange transactions”, by Diego Abelleyra and Martin Vázquez Acuña.
