Foreign Exchange Regime

Juan M. Diehl Moreno and Diego Chighizola gave presentations at the "Seminar on Criminal Foreign Exchange Regime of International Financial Business" offered to officers of BASF Argentina S.A., which was held in our offices on October 21, 2011. This activity was developed within the frame of Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal commitment to contribute to the knowledge of foreign exchange rules by our clients.
Juan M. Diehl Moreno also gave a presentation on "Limitations, Restrictions, Controls and Requirements to Cross-Border Financings Granted by Financial or Non-Financial Entities, Through Equity or Debt” at the XXX Financial Law Latin American Congress organized by Federación Latinoamericana de Bancos, Comité Latinoamericano de Derecho Financiero and Asociación Bancaria de Panamá, held in Panama on October 4, 2011.
