Marcelo García Sellart gave a presentation on (i) "Copyright torts: Awarding of Damages" at the Intellectual Property Master course organized by Universidad Austral on June 10, 2009; (ii) "Intellectual property protection for software exportation to the US" at the workshop organized by AmCham Argentina on May 27, 2009; and (iii) moderated a table-topic on "Unregistered marks in Latin America" during the 131st Annual Meeting of the International Trademark Association (INTA) in Seattle, U.S.A., from May 16-20, 2009.
