At the 30th Annual Conference on Intellectual Property organized by the Argentine Association of Intellectual Property Agents (AAAPI, after its acronym in Spanish) held August 25-26, 2016, Martín Bensadon gave a presentation in the panel on “Twenty Years Since the Patent Law”, Iris V. Quadrio in the panel on “Together but not mixed: Analysis of Different Types of Non-Traditional Marks. Criteria to Determine Non-traditional Trademark Distinctiviness and Evaluate Risk of Confusion”, and Eugenio Hoss in the panel on “Case-law Analysis”. Closing remarks were given by Iván A. Poli, Vice President of AAAPI.
