Gustavo Giay gave the opening speech at the half-day conference held at Universidad Austral to discuss "What IP do non-lawyers need?”. This event was organized by Universidad Austral on April 19, 2012, to celebrate World IP Day and the importance of IP to the global economy. Gustavo Giay also moderated the first panel of the conference entitled "What IP knowledge and abilities are required by scientists and entrepreneurial spirits?".
