Gustavo P. Giay was appointed Chair of the Anticounterfeiting Committee (ACC) of the International Trademark Association (INTA) for the 2012-2013 Committee Term. The ACC is one of the largest committees of INTA, formed by seven regional subcommittees. Previously, Gustavo P. Giay served as Chair of INTA's Anticounterfeiting & Enforcement Latin America & Caribbean Subcommittee for 2008-2009 Committee term, and Vice Chair of INTA's ACC for the 2010-2011 Committee term.
