Gustavo P Giay was the moderator of the panel on "Comparisons: always unpleasant but sometimes legit. Analysis of comparative advertising" at the 19th Annual Meeting of the Argentine Intellectual Property Agents Association held on 1-2 September 2005 inBuenos Aires.

Mr. Giay was also a guest speaker at the executive program "Management of Artistic and Cultural Projects" organized by the Escuela Superior de Economía y Administración de Empresas (ESEADE) and Tikal Ideas, where he spoke about the legal aspects, on 1, 6 and 8 September 2005.
