The Argentine Group of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) organized the Seminar on “New aspects of Industrial Property - AIPPI Update” which was held on March 11, 2003 at the Hotel Sofitel in Buenos Aires. The Seminar was chaired by the President of the Argentine Group of AIPPI, Ernesto O'Farrell, and with the participation of Santiago R O’Conor. Several specialists lectured on the following topics: "Patents: ADPIC provisions"; “Precautionary measures in Intellectual Property” and “Intellectual Property litigation from the standpoint of a judge and a lawyer”. The event was also co-chaired by Luis-Alfonso Durán, Reporter General of AIPPI.
