Industrial Property

Gloria Montarón Estrada and Carol O'Donnell prepared the guides and moderated the working breakfasts at the Industrial Property Work Meetings of the Argentine Association of Industrial Property Agents (Asociación Argentina de Agentes de la Propiedad Industrial ), held in August 2008. Gloria Montarón Estrada was in charge of "Grace periods in Industrial Property" and Carol O'Donnell was in charge of "Consequences of formal defects in administrative proceedings".
