Mariano Peruzzotti gave a presentation on “Data Protection Law in Argentina and Latin America - Current Status and Latest Developments” at the workshop “The Latest Data Protection Developments around the Globe” organized by the firm Covington & Burling LLP in Brussels, Belgium, on September 22, 2016. During the workshop the book “Data Protection & Privacy”, 3rd edition (the Sweet & Maxwell International Series), to which Mariano Peruzzotti and Gustavo Giay contributed as authors of the Argentine Chapter, was officially launched.
Mariano also gave a presentation on "Regulations Systems on Personal Data Protection: Legal Frameworks in Europe, USA, Latin America and Argentina” at the Conference on Personal Data Protection organized by the Bar of the City of La Plata held in the city of La Plata, on September 14, 2016.
