Iván Poli gave a presentation in the Intellectual Property Seminar organized on November 23, 2009 in Asunción, Paraguay, by APAPI, the Paraguayan Association of Intellectual Property Agents. The object was “Preliminary injunctions and patents”, as Paraguay introduced amendments in the patent legislation similar to those of Argentine Law No 25,859. This was the first seminar of this kind organized by APAPI, and had an attendance of approximately 100 persons, including patent agents, lawyers, judges and public officers.
