Miguel B. O’Farrell formed part of the three member panel of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of WIPO that on February 5, 2018 in Case No. D2017-2272 “Ojai Valley Inn & Spa LLC v. Domain Admin, Whois Privacy Corp / Maddisyn Fernandes, Fernandes Privacy Holdings” resolved the transfer of the domain name <ojaivalleyinn.com> to the Complainant.
