Miguel B. O’Farrell formed part of the three member Panel in WIPO Case No. D20217-1259 “Oregonian Publishing Company v. Whois Privacy Corp.” which by decision of August 17, 2017, ordered the transfer of the domain name <theoregonian.com> to the complainant.
