Miguel B. O’Farrell, acting as Sole Panel Expert in the WIPO Case No. D2015-2277 “Bebidas Fruki S.A. v. Wendy Webbe, Ancient Holdings, LLC” issued a decision ordering that the disputed domain name <fruki.com> be transferred to the complainant. He also issued a decision in WIPO case No. D2015-2034 “Tetra Laval Holdings & Finance S.A. v. Named Redacted” ordering that the disputed domain name <tetrapak-uk.com> be transferred to the complainant.
