Miguel B. O’Farrell, acting as President of the Panel in the WIPO Case No. D2015-0499 “Generalitat de Catalunya v. Ricardo Cocoma, Edward Dobrowolsky, Alta Tecnología, Adriana Sánchez, Jorge Rodriguez, Universidad de Catalunya Corp.” issued a decision ordering that the disputed domain names <unicataluna.net>, <unicataluña.net>, <unicatalunya.co>, <unicatalunya.com>, <unicatalunya.info>, <unicatalunya.net>, <unicatalunya.org>, <unicatalunyavirtual.net> be transferred to the complainant. Acting as sole panelist in the Case No. D2015-0882 “Wikimedia Foundation, Inc. v. Ryan G Foo / Domain Administrator, Fundacion Private Whois” he decided that the disputed domain names<wikipedica.org>, <wikipediya.org>, <wikipeia.org>, <wikipidia.org>, and <wikipipedia.org> be transferred to the complainant.
