Miguel B. O’Farrell, acting as Sole Panel Expert in the WIPO Case No. D2015-0837 “Tiger Airways Holding Limited v. Hop Cao” issued a decision ordering that the disputed domain name <tigerairways.biz> be transferred to the complainant. He also issued a decision in WIPO case No. D2015-0001 “Tiger Airways Holding Limited v. Nguyen Cuong” ordering that the disputed domain name <tigerair.ws> be transferred to the complainant.
