Miguel B. O’Farrell, acting as Sole Panel Expert in the WIPO Case No. D2015-0402 “Havana Club Holding SA. c. Efrain Gomez Bermudez,” issued a decision ordering that the disputed domain name <ronritual.com> and <soyritualista.com> be transferred to the complainant. He also issued a decision in WIPO case No. D2015-0519 “Groupon, Inc. v. Domains By Proxy, LLC / Ics Inc.” ordering that the disputed domain name <groupongolf.com> be transferred to the complainant.
