Miguel B. O’Farrell acted as Presiding Panelist in WIPO Case No. D2013-0914 “TOGU Gebruder Obermaier oHG v. Whois Privacy Protection Service, Inc. / Port/Media Domains” and rejected the Complaint seeking to have the disputed domain name transferred to the complainant. He also issued a Decision in WIPO case No. D2013-0903 “Crytec GmbH v. Privacyprotect.Org / Private Registrations Aktien Gesellschaft” ordering that the disputed domain name be transferred to the complainant. Acting as Sole Panel Expert in the Legal Right Objection WIPO Case No. LRO2013-0061 “DotMusic Limited v. Entertainment Names Inc.” he issued a Determination rejecting the objection brought by the Objector/Complainant against the gTLD <.music>.
