Miguel B O'Farrell, panelist serving on the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center, decided as Sole Panelist the following domain name case: D2010-0514 “Ente Público de Comunicación del Principado de Asturias, Televisión del Principado de Asturias, SAU, Radio del Principado de Asturias, SAU v.
