Domain names

Gustavo P Giay, a member of the List of Domain Name Panelists of the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center, has decided as Sole Panelist the case D2007-0714 “TV Globo Ltda. v. Belize Domain WHOIS Service Lt” and as member of the Administrative Panel the case  D2007-0733 “RBS Zero Hora Editora Jornalistica SA v. Link Comercial Corp.” .
