Miguel B O'Farrell moderated the Session on "New Domain Names on Internet" presented by Olga Cavalli Catena, member of GNSO Council of ICANN, university professor and consultant of the Foreign Affairs Ministry held on August 21, 2008 at the Colegio de Abogados de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, sponsored by its IP Commission, AAAPI, FICPI and LES.
