INTA Committee’s Appointments

Several members of the Firm have been appointed by the International Trademark Association (INTA) as members of their committees for the 2016-2017 term. In particular, Iris V. Quadrio was appointed as Chair of the International Amicus Committee while Gustavo P. Giay was appointed as Co-Chair of the Global Advisory Council Latin America Committee and member of the Data Protection Committee. In addition, Sergio Ellmann, Martín Chajchir, Juan M. López Mañan, Verónica Canese and Diego Fernández have been appointed to the following committees: Trademark Harmonization, INTA Bulletin, Public and Media Relations, Design Rights, and Internet, respectively. Their appointments will be effective beginning January 1, 2016 and will conclude on December 31, 2017.
