Gustavo L Morales Oliver gave a presentation representing Argentina at the Round Table on "Opportunities and Challenges of Microcredits Industry in Latin America: A Legal Perspective", held at the University of Mexico (UNAM) School of Law, Mexico DF, on November 7, 2007, which was also attended by representatives of Venezuela, Bolivia, Colombia, Nicaragua, Peru and Mexico.
