Miguel B O’Farrell organized the Roundtable on Border Controls held in Buenos Aires on October 15, 2003 and sponsored by the International Trademark Association (INTA). In this meeting Miguel B O’Farrell made reference to the status of the draft of Presidential Decree for the creation of a Trademark Registry for the voluntary registration of trademark rights with Customs. Attendees included: members of industrial property organizations, officers of the Secretary of Industry, of the US Embassy and authorities of the Argentine Chamber of Commerce, the Argentine Industrial Union and of the Argentine Chamber of Cosmetics & Perfumery.
