Miguel B O'Farrell made a presentation on "Mediation and/or Conciliation in IP Matters and their Regulation" and also on “Arbitration in IP Matters” at the VI International Congress on Conciliation, Mediation, Arbitration and Negotiation organized by TALID, with the support of ASIPI, which took place from August 20-22, 2009 in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia.
