Marval and PPU advise on the acquisition of Avanxo (Bermuda) Limited by Globant

Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal advised Globant (NYSE: GLOB) on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Avanxo (Bermuda) Limited for an approximate sum of USD 49 million. Philippi, Prietrocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría (Colombia) advised the sellers on the transaction.

The transaction, closed on February 1, 2019, required coordination with companies and counsel in multiple jurisdictions since the target company - a cloud consulting and implementation services provider - is headquartered in Bermuda, with operations in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Argentina and the United States.
