Marval O'Farrell Mairal acted as sole legal adviser in the creation of Unicred Factoring XIII financial trust

Cooperativa de Crédito y Vivienda Unicred Ltda., acting as administrator and settlor and TMF Trust Company (Argentina) S.A., as trustee, securitized invoices, through the creation of Unicred Factoring XIII Financial Trust under the Global Program Unicred Asset Backed Securities and the issuance of securities for a total amount of ARS 400,000,000.

The issuance took place on June 25, 2021, including class A debt securities for ARS 330,000,000, class B debt securities for ARS 21,000,000, and certificates of participation for ARS 49,000,000. AdCap Securities Argentina S.A. acted as arranger and underwriter and Banco Supervielle S.A., Industrial Valores S.A. and Allaria Ledesma & Cía. S.A. acted as underwriters.

The transaction was authorized for public offering by the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission and is listed in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
