Marval O'Farrell Mairal acted as sole legal adviser in the Unicred Factoring XII financial trust

Cooperativa de Crédito y Vivienda Unicred Ltda., acting as administrator and settlor and TMF Trust Company (Argentina) S.A., as trustee, securitized invoices, through the creation of Unicred Factoring XII Financial Trust under the Global Program “Unicred Asset Backed Securities” and the issuance of securities for a total amount of ARS 300,000,000.

The issuance took place on March 31, 2021, including class A debt securities for ARS 248,000,000, class B debt securities for ARS 14,000,000, and certificates of participation for ARS 38,000,000. AdCap Securities Argentina S.A. acted as arranger and underwriter and Banco Supervielle S.A., Industrial Valores S.A. and Allaria Ledesma & Cía. S.A. acted as underwriters.

The transaction was authorized for public offering by the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission and is listed in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
