Marval O’Farrell Mairal acted as sole legal adviser in the creation of Unicred Factoring XIV financial trust

Cooperativa de Crédito y Vivienda Unicred Ltda., acting as Administrator and Settlor and TMF Trust Company (Argentina) S.A., as Trustee, securitized invoices, through the creation of Unicred Factoring XIV Financial Trust under the Global Program “Unicred Asset Backed Securities” and the issuance of securities for a total amount of ARS $ 450,000,000. 

The issuance took place on November 15, 2021, including Class A Debt Securities for ARS $ 371,250,000, Class B Debt Securities for ARS $ 23,625,000 and Certificates of Participation for ARS $ 55,125,000. AdCap Securities Argentina S.A. acted as arranger and underwriter and Banco Supervielle S.A., Industrial Valores S.A. y Allaria Ledesma & Cía. S.A. acted as underwriters. 

The transaction was authorized for public offering by the Comisión Nacional de Valores (the Argentine Securities Commission) and is listed in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
