Marval O’Farrell Mairal advises in the issuance of “Elebar Card XXV” Financial Trust
Marval O’Farrell Mairal participated as legal advisor in the issuance of trust securities corresponding to “Elebar Card XXV” Financial Trust, issued under the “Cohen” Program, for a total amount of ARS 138,944,029.
The issue was made on December 13, 2019 and included Class A Trust Debt Securities for a total amount of ARS 91,706,458, Class B Trust Debt Securities for a total amount of ARS 2,962,020, and Certificates of Participation for a total amount of ARS 44,275,551. Santa Mónica S.A. acted as Settlor, Administrator and Collection Agent, and Cohen S.A. as Trustee, Arranger and Underwriter. Provincia Bursátil S.A., Rosental S.A. and First Capital Markets S.A. acted as sub-underwriters.
The transaction was authorized for public offering by the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission on December 4, 2019 and is listed in Mercado Abierto Electronico S.A. and Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A.
The Class A Trust Debt Securities, Class B Trust Debt Securities and the Certificates of Participation have been qualified by FIX SCR S.A. Risk Rating Agent as "A1+sf(arg)", "A+sf(arg)", "CCsf(arg)", respectively.
