Marval O'Farrell Mairal incorporated new partners

The partners' meeting of Marval O'Farrell Mairal, held last week, resolved the incorporation of Mr. Sergio Daniel Vergara and Mr. Martín Vainstein as partners of the firm as from December 1, 2022.

Sergio Daniel Vergara joined Marval O'Farrell Mairal in 2011 and currently works in the Tax area, with special focus on tax litigation (at national, provincial and municipal level), transfer pricing, criminal tax and social security.

Before joining the firm he worked at Celia Cajide, Adolfo Martul y Asociados and Estudio Palacios Hardy.

He graduated as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires in 2010 and completed a postgraduate specialization in Taxation at the same university, within the School of Economics.

Martín Vainstein joined Marval O'Farrell Mairal in 2014 and works in the Litigation & Arbitration Department.

Before joining the firm, he worked at Abeledo Gottheil Abogados and worked as an International Lawyer at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP (New York).

He graduated as a lawyer with honors from Universidad de Buenos Aires in 2012 and completed a Master's Degree in Law and Economics at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. He also completed a Master of Laws (LL.M) at Georgetown University, where he was selected as one of the International Arbitration Scholars of his class.
