Marval O’Farrell Mairal Advised on the Extension of the “WAYNIMÓVIL” Global Trust Securities Program

Marval O’Farrell Mairal advised on the extension of the WAYNIMÓVIL Global Trust Securities Program for a total amount of up to US$20,000,000 nominal value (or its equivalent in other currencies) for a term of five years.

Following the approved extension, the Program continued with the same participants: Waynicoin S.A., as settlor, and BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización S.A., as trustee.
