Marval O’Farrell Mairal advised on the time extension of the RED MUTUAL Program for Securities Issuance of up to V/N USD 50,000,000, authorized by the Board of Directors of the Argentine Securities Commission on November 20, 2024, and whose conditions to the authorization were lifted by the Financial Trust Management on November 28, 2024.

Asociacion Mutual Union Solidaria acted as settlor, while TMF Trust Company (Argentina) SA acted as trustee and Banco Voii SA as arranger.

Marval O’Farrell Mairal advised the settlor and the arranger through a team led by partner Sergio Talamo together with associate Lucia Capdepont. Another Marval team consisting of associates Martin I. Lanus and Juan F. Vignati Otamendi advised the trustee.
