Marval O’Farrell Mairal Advised on the Extension of the “ELEBAR” Global Trust Securities Program

Marval O’Farrell Mairal advised on the extension of the ELEBAR Global Trust Securities Program for a total amount of up to US$30,000,000 nominal value (or its equivalent in other currencies) for a term of five years.

Following the approved extension, the Program continued with the same participants: Santa Mónica S.A., as settlor, and Banco de Valores S.A., as trustee and arranger.
