Marval O’Farrell Mairal Advises on the Extension of the “AMES” Global Trust Securities Program 

Marval O’Farrell Mairal advised on the extension of the AMES Global Trust Securities Program for a total amount of up to USD 20,000,000 nominal value, or its equivalent in other currencies, for a term of five years. 

Following the approved extension, the Program continued with the same participants: Asociación Mutual de la Economía Solidaria (AMES), as settlor, and TMF Trust Company (Argentina) S.A., as trustee. 

Marval O’Farrell Mairal acted as legal counsel to Asociación Mutual de la Economía Solidaria through a team led by partner Sergio Tálamo, assisted by associates Lautaro Penza, Pedro María Azumendi and Felicitas Bereterbide, and as legal counsel to TMF Trust Company (Argentina) S.A., with the collaboration of associate Martín Iván Lanús.
