Marval O'Farrell Mairal advised on the modification, increase in the amount and extension of the term of the VOII Global Trust Securities Program, for a total amount of up to V/N USD 100,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies and/or units of value), authorized by the Board of Directors of the Argentine Securities Commission on January, 07, 2026, and whose conditions to the authorization were lifted by the Financial Trust Management on January, 12, 2026.

Following the approved amendments, the Program now consists of six settlors: Asociacion Mutual Union Solidaria, Asociacion Mutual Entre el Personal del Instituto de la Vivienda, Asociacion Mutual General Justo Jose de Urquiza, Asociacion Mutual 7 de Agosto, Banco Voii SA, and Asociacion Mutualista de Empleados Públicos de la Provincia de Santa Fe. TMF Trust Company (Argentina) SA will continue to act as trustee and Banco Voii SA as arranger.

Marval O’Farrell Mairal acted as the legal advisor of the settlors and the arranger, through a team consisting of partner Sergio Talamo and associates Lautaro Penza and Pedro Maria Azumendi, and as legal advisors of the trustee, with the collaboration of associate Martin Ivan Lanus.
