Marval O’Farrell Mairal Advised on the Setting Up of Financial Trust “Unicred Factoring XX”

Marval O’Farrell Mairal has recently participated in the issuance of fiduciary securities corresponding to the Financial Trust “Unicred Factoring XX” under Global Program “Fideicomisos Financieros Unicred Asset Backed Securities” for a total amount of ARS 851,437,971.

The issuance took place on June 26, 2023, and it included Debt Securities Class A for ARS 618,550,000, Debt Securities Class B for ARS 47,650,000, and Certificates of Participation for ARS 185,237,971.

Cooperativa de Crédito y Vivienda Unicred Ltda. acted as administrator and trustor; TMF Trust Company (Argentina) SA acted as trustee; AdCap Securities Argentina SA acted as organizer and placement agent; and Banco Supervielle SA, Industrial Valores SA, Allaria SA, and Banco de Servicios y Transacciones SA acted as placement agents.

The transaction was authorized for public offering by the Argentine Securities Commission. Securities will be negotiated through Mercado Abierto Electrónico SA and will be listed in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos SA.
