Marval advised Adecoagro as lead regional counsel in a transaction that involved the acquisition of several companies, real estate assets and biological assets located in Argentina and Uruguay of Viterra (formerly Glencore Agriculture), together with the assignment of rice land leases and operation contracts. 

The Pamela Moreira partner of  Etcheverrito assisted Adecoagro in Uruguayan legal matters, while Esteban Daireaux partner of Curtis Mallet Buenos Aires office assisted Viterra.
